Leigh Rice concentrates her practice on commercial lending, representing financial institutions in a broad range of commercial financing transactions. Her experience includes commercial real estate financing as well as non-real estate commercial lending matters. She regularly advises lenders throughout the financing process, helping navigate transaction structure, documentation, and closing requirements.
Prior to joining Brooks, Rocha, Colby & Rice, PLLC, Leigh was a Shareholder at Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A., where she represented Certified Development Companies in connection with SBA 504 loan transactions. Her prior experience also includes administrative law, condominium and homeowners’ association law, and premises liability.
Leigh earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Virginia. Outside of her legal practice, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
